Visiting Client Lash Touch Up
Lash maintenance for clients with existing extensions applied by another artist.
Service Description
This service may include: • Assessing current lash health • Removing poorly retained or improperly placed extensions • Rebalancing shape and density • Blending new extensions into the existing set A full consultation is performed at the beginning of the appointment. If the existing work does not meet retention or health standards, a removal and new full set may be recommended. Approval required prior to booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in the loss of the booking deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once when rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice. Permanent Makeup Appointments (Brows & Lips) Due to the extended time reserved for PMU services, cancellations made within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service cost. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may forfeit their deposit.
