Service Description
Extended maintenance for classic lash clients returning between 3–4 weeks. This service includes: • Rebalancing the lash line • Replacing outgrown extensions • Restoring shape and density • Refining overall symmetry Existing clients only. Please contact Soups to schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in the loss of the booking deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once when rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice. Permanent Makeup Appointments (Brows & Lips) Due to the extended time reserved for PMU services, cancellations made within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service cost. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may forfeit their deposit.
